Kevin — The Face of the Operation (and Your Go-To Guy)
If you see someone championing our greens around the Buffalo food scene or dropping off your wholesale restaurant order, that’s Kevin. He brings a strong background in local sales and customer relations, making him the natural face of the company. Though he didn't start out in agriculture, he stumbled upon the incredible world of microgreens and knew it was the perfect family business to build from the ground up. He’s the driving force behind our customer connections, and when he isn't talking shop with local chefs, he's probably topping his dinner with a handful of his favorite Rambo Radish microgreens for that signature spicy kick.
Kristopher — The Chief Grower & Operations Mind
While Kevin is out talking to the community, Kristopher is the mastermind keeping the farm running smoothly day-to-day. Born and raised right here in Buffalo, Kristopher balances his passion for local food operations—including a background in artisanal baking—with managing the indoor grow room and website for Hart & Soil. After catching the plant and farming bug, he leaned headfirst into learning the science of soil-grown greens. He handles the meticulous daily operations, but the best part of his week is still planting and harvesting side-by-side with his dad—a bonding experience that made this business worth it from day one. His absolute favorite microgreen? The surprisingly sweet Cantaloupe microgreen.
