🌱 About Our Microgreens

  • How are your microgreens grown?
We grow everything locally in nutrient-dense soil to ensure maximum flavor and optimal shelf life.

  • What varieties do you offer?
Our core favorites include nutrient-packed broccoli, spicy radish, and vibrant amaranth, alongside seasonal specialties.

  • Are they different from sprouts?
Yes. Sprouts grow in water and are eaten root-and-all. Our greens grow in soil and are cut at the stem.

  • Do I need to wash them?
Yes. Because we grow in real soil, a gentle rinse in cold water before eating is recommended.

🛒 Retail Ordering & Packaging

  • How do you package your microgreens?
We offer standard precut microgreens in fresh, clear, food-safe clamshell containers.

  • Do you sell live trays to the public?
Yes. We offer live 5x5 trays for maximum freshness and a longer shelf life at home.

  • How long do the precut clamshells last?
Stored properly in your refrigerator, our precut greens stay fresh and crisp for 7 to 12 days.

🧑‍🍳 Wholesale & Chef Section

  • Do you sell wholesale to Buffalo restaurants?
Yes. We provide custom grow schedules, bulk pricing, and reliable delivery for chefs across Western New York.

  • How are wholesale orders packaged?
We deliver restaurant orders as fresh, precut greens in bulk clamshells for quick and easy kitchen prep.

  • How do I set up a wholesale account?
Contact us directly through our wholesale form to receive our current price sheet and sample availability.

  • Can you grow custom varieties for my menu?
Absolutely. We partner with chefs to grow specific varieties, colors, or flavor profiles with a 2-to-3 week lead time.
